Arihant Health Care has been the quiet, dependable name for medical equipment in Ahmedabad for years. Doctors send their patients here for a nebulizer their child can actually tolerate. Adult children come in for the right wheelchair for a parent. Diabetics stop by every few months for a fresh glucometer and a box of strips.

We are not a general chemist and we are not a big-box retail chain. This is a specialist counter for medical devices, where the staff can open a box, explain the difference between two BP monitors, and walk you through a nebulizer setup before you leave. Most orders leave the store the same day, and larger equipment is delivered and installed at your address in the city.

Every device comes with its official manufacturer warranty, verifiable serial numbers, and service support routed through our counter so you do not need to chase the brand yourself.

Warranty registration is handled by our counter at the time of sale, and warranty claims are routed through us. If a device fails within warranty, you bring it back here, not to a call centre.

We keep spare parts, cuffs, tubing, mouthpieces and consumables for what we sell. Most brands have a service turnaround of a few days, and we hand out loaner units for larger equipment where possible.

We do not just hand you a box. Larger equipment is delivered, unpacked, set up in your room, and a short walkthrough is given to the family member who will actually operate it. Smaller devices are demonstrated across the counter before you leave the store.

    Smaller devices like BP monitors, nebulizers and glucometers are demonstrated and tested with you before purchase, so you leave knowing how to use them.

    Same-day dispatch

    Most in-stock items leave the store the same afternoon. For larger equipment we schedule delivery for a time your family is present at home.

    Set up and walkthrough

    Wheelchairs are assembled, oxygen concentrators are placed and tested, hospital beds are levelled and adjusted, CPAP masks are fitted. A short walkthrough is given to the caregiver.

  5. 05

    After-sales, on call

    Warranty, servicing, consumables and spares are handled from our counter. One number, one person, no call-centre loops.
